Lost or Stolen Packages
Pou Pals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases:
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
- Upon request, we will provide tracking information, the shipping carrier’s details, and the delivery confirmation.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
